By using 456bdo (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

456bdo's terms and conditions apply to all members — new and existing alike. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and this document shall serve as the final authority in any dispute.

To open an account and use the betting services on 456bdo, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Funds will only be returned to the original payment method used — not to any other account.
• For suspicious transactions, 456bdo may request additional verification and reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if necessary.
• Any transaction suspected of involving money laundering or fraud will be cancelled and reported to the relevant authorities.

456bdo does not charge any transaction fees, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

456bdo offers a range of attractive bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. General bonus terms are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• A wagering requirement (typically 15x to 30x) must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Bonus offers have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period ends.
• 456bdo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 456bdo:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific cash-out option is active.
• For in-play or live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays. 456bdo is not liable in such cases.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 456bdo reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or any other irregular activity will be voided.
• The maximum winning amount is determined by the game type and bet category.
• For Sports Betting, officially recognized results will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456bdo platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Registering using fake or another person's identity documents.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, malware, or any other unauthorized means.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting the system for guaranteed profit.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other members.

456bdo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If satisfactory information is not provided during KYC verification.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

If an account is closed with no rule violations, any remaining balance will be returned to the member. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.

• Option to set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
